Employee Job Export Report

The Employee Job Export Report has been added to the Employee Reports menu:

Run this report to review and export to Excel employee job data.

The Employee field and multi-select list boxes are enabled according to your selection from the Select by dropdown:

  • Selecting Benefit Group enables the Benefit Groups and Status list boxes.
  • Selecting Department enables the Departments and Status list boxes.
  • Selecting Employee enables the Employee field.

After making selections, click Print to generate and display the report in grid format.

Information on the report includes employee number and name, department, benefit group, hire date, effective date, primary job, position, title, pay group, FLSA, grade, step, hourly rate, FTE, G/L distribution, project and percent:

Any field secured in Field-Level Security does not display. Department-level security from Department Inquiry in Process Manager also is used.

To export the report to Excel, click the Feature chooser in any column header, then Export:

Select from the export options, and click Export:

Note: This report includes all records for each employee; for example, an employee with split G/Ls is listed twice, once for each G/L percent, with every piece of data repopulated in the rows, so when you export to Excel, you can filter without losing results.
